The Judean Rebels are the other new addition to the IFL and bring a fresh wave of fast-paced football to the league. The Rebels, who are part of the Gush Texas enterprise, will be true to their nickname, relying on their ‘air-raid’ passing attack and pressure defense that goes against the run-oriented offenses and ‘bend but don't break’ defenses of most IFL teams. Coached by Texas-import Ty Rodgers and led on-field by 2008-09 2nd team All-IFL QB Joe Marticius and IFL veterans Shlomo Schachter and Peretz Rickett, as well as several new and exciting talents, the Rebels look to represent Judea with pride and honor.
